Starbucks Delivers offers special promotions March 28 – April 3 across Mexico
- Customers will receive a 50% discount, with a minimum purchase of 150 pesos, when ordering through Starbucks Rewards Delivery, Didi Food, Rappi and Uber Eats.
- Building on Starbucks Mexico’s curbside and order ahead offerings, Starbucks Rewards Delivery is the latest delivery option to meet customers’ need for convenience
Mexico City – From March 28 to April 3, Starbucks Mexico will offer customers a 50% discount when placing their first delivery order through its delivery service, Starbucks Delivers, available on Didi Food, Rappi, Uber Eats channels and the recently added Starbucks Rewards Delivery.
“Throughout 2021, we’ve endeavored to enhance the digital customer experience by adding Starbucks Rewards Delivery to our ‘Starbucks Delivers’ platform, which we launched in 2018 in partnership with strategic delivery partners. We now have four delivery options that allow us to further reach our customers and bring them a personalized experience wherever they are – at home, at the office or any address of their preference,” said Bibiana Rosique, marketing director for Starbucks Mexico.
In an effort to enhance the digital customer experience, Starbucks Mexico launched Order Ahead and Pay in early 2021. Now through Starbucks Rewards Delivery, customers can order, monitor their order status and earn stars. Customers are also able to personalize their order and choose from nearly all core food and beverage items and several seasonal beverages available from the Starbucks® menu.
Starbucks Rewards Delivery is available through the Starbucks Mexico app and customers can also order through Didi Food, Rappi and Uber Eats mobile applications on devices with iOS and Android operating systems.
