Starbucks Celebrates Spring with New and Returning Favorites and a Tribute to Women at Origin
Customer-favorite lavender beverages return this season, joined by the new Iced Cherry Chai Latte, a portfolio of whole bean coffees —including the return of Starbucks® Single-Origin Perú Mujeres de Junín — and spring merchandise designed to inspire moments of joy and connection.
Spring is a season of renewal — a time of fresh starts and new energy. Starbucks welcomes the season in Latin America with the return of beloved customer favorites, as well as the launch of a new beverage and a trio of whole bean coffees, including the return of Starbucks® Single-Origin Perú Mujeres de Junín, which honors women coffee growers in the heart of the Andes.
A New Sip to Welcome the Season
Among this season’s highlights is the new Iced Cherry Chai Latte, a beverage that combines chai with a layer of cold Blossoming Cherry foam that captivates the eyes and hearts of those looking for something different, fresh, and full of character.

Customer Favorites Return
Spring also brings back beverages that customers look forward to year after year.
The Lavender family blends a delicate floral sweetness with vanilla, matcha or white mocha, creating light an aromatic experience across offerings such as Lavender White Mocha Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, Lavender Latte and Iced Vanilla Lavender Latte.

Also returning is the Strato Frappuccino® Blended Beverage platform, now available in Strawberry Matcha, Salted Caramel Mocha and Brown Sugar, delivering a distinctive layered experience with a creamy base topped with smooth cold foam that enhances both texture and flavor in every sip.

For those seeking a more indulgent option, the Cookies & Cream Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and the Chocolate Cookies & Cream Frappuccino® Blended Beverage return offering playful contrasts of flavor and texture.
Customers can also enjoy core Frappuccino® favorites and refreshing iced tea offerings, including matcha and shaken tea beverages, rounding out a spring portfolio designed to match different moods and seasonal rituals.
“This season is about meaningful moments, in our coffeehouses and in every cup,” said Cristian Paredes Costa, senior manager, Brand & Product, Starbucks Latin America & Caribbean. “At Starbucks, we embrace this moment by offering flavors that awaken the senses, spaces for connection in our stores, and small rituals that brighten everyday life through the return of favorite products and coffees that pay tribute to the communities that produce them.”
Coffee That Blossoms
This season’s whole bean coffee lineup includes Starbucks® Single-Origin Mexico and Starbucks® Sunsera Blend™, alongside the return of Starbucks® Single-Origin Perú Mujeres de Junín — each offering distinctive flavor profiles shaped by the landscapes where they are grown.
Starbucks® Single-Origin Mexico highlights the rich heritage of Mexico’s coffee-growing regions with smooth, balanced notes, while Starbucks® Sunsera Blend™ offers a bright and approachable profile with vibrant citrus character.

At the heart of the lineup is Starbucks® Single-Origin Perú Mujeres de Junín, a whole bean coffee grown by around 75 women farmers who are part of the Cafetalera del Centro producer association. Their work honors the strength and leadership of women cultivating coffee where the Andes meet the rainforest. Grown at high altitudes, where cool nights allow the cherries to ripen slowly, this coffee offers sweet meringue and chocolate notes.

First introduced in 2023, Starbucks® Single-Origin Perú Mujeres de Junín returns this season ahead of International Women’s Day as a continued tribute to women at origin. Each cup reflects their perseverance, their expertise and their enduring impact — because to truly flourish means acknowledging those who make every cup possible.
Spring in Every Detail
To complement the seasonal menu, Starbucks also introduces spring merchandise inspired by the colors and optimism of the season, extending the spirit of renewal beyond the cup.
Seasonal beverages, whole bean coffees and spring merchandise are available for a limited time at participating stores in Latin America.
