This winter, the Pistachio collection is back, along with irresistible new creations: the Strato Frappuccino® Blended Beverages collection and the new Pistachio Cold Foam Cold Brew, with notes of toasted pistachio and soft caramel. Each beverage is crafted to offer joy, warmth, and comfort even on the coldest days of the year.

Since its launch in 2021, the Pistachio beverage collection has delivered a comforting taste and has become one of the most anticipated seasonal options on the Starbucks menu. With their sweet and warm pistachio notes, these drinks offer that cozy touch that costumers are looking for this season. And this year, the new Pistachio Cold Foam Cold Brew adds a gentle warmth of its own an inviting lift for those winter moments when all you want is a sip that feels like a soft embrace.

Starbucks® Single-Origin Mexico Coffee & Starbucks® Single-Origin Guatemala Casi Cielo

This season, Starbucks will introduce Starbucks® México Single-Origin Whole Bean Coffee across Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) markets—a limited release celebrating Mexico’s rich coffee heritage. With sweet and nutty notes, hints of honey, and a touch of citrus, this coffee reflects Starbucks passion and commitment to Mexican coffee producers since 1971. Grown in the soils of Chiapas, Oaxaca, Veracruz, and Puebla, this launch is a tribute to tradition, sustainability, and the deep connection between coffee-growing communities and Starbucks®.

Also, featured on menu is Starbucks® Guatemala Single-Origin Coffee, with notes of cedary spice and black truffle that celebrates the character of the renowned Antigua Valley. Appreciated since 2004 for its bright acidity, balanced profile, and exceptional quality, it continues to showcase the distinctive conditions of its volcanic soil and high elevations. This new coffee highlights the depth and complexity that have made the market one of the most respected coffee farming in the world.
