Starbucks® unveils its winter menu, featuring the new Ube family and protein beverages

Raise your favorite Starbucks® beverage to enjoy winter with the arrival of the Ube family and protein beverages, as well as the return of Raspberry Pearls, beverages that fill the season with flavor, comfort, and moments to share.

During those cooler days when customers look for comforting moments and meaningful connections, Starbucks® becomes part of the occasion with new beverages and products that bring warmth, flavor, and cozy experiences through every sip.

Starbucks is celebrating winter by introducing a new lineup of seasonal beverages and products designed to accompany these cold days with bold flavors, and moments of connection throughout the coldest season of the year.

 Among the new launches are:

Ube Family: tropical sweetness to brighten winter

Inspired by ube, the root vegetable popular in Southeast Asia, the new Ube Family arrives to bring an unexpected and vibrant touch to winter. The creamy smoothness of ube blends with the light taste of coconut to create beverages full of personality and velvety texture.

The velvety Ube Coconut Latte combines smooth espresso with steamed milk blended with ube powder and coconut syrup, creating a warm and comforting beverage with a hint of vanilla-like sweetness. The Ube Coconut Frappuccino® blended beverage combines milk, coconut syrup and ice, topped with a vibrant ube cream cold foam and toasted coconut flakes for a smooth and indulgent experience. Its bold color and tropical flavor profile make this line one of the most eye-catching offerings of the season.

Protein beverages: a new way to level up your day

As more customers incorporate protein into their daily routines, Starbucks introduces a lineup of handcrafted protein beverages, all crafted with Protein-boosted milk* and designed to offer flavor, quality and functionality throughout the day. The selection includes the Protein Matcha, Iced Protein Matcha, Sugar Free Vanilla Protein Latte and Iced Sugar Free Vanilla Protein Latte.

In addition to the protein beverages, customers can also enjoy the Iced Vanilla Latte with Vanilla Protein Cold Foam ^, Iced Matcha with Vanilla Protein Cold Foam ^, and the Cold Brew with Mocha Protein Cold Foam ^.

*Crafted with Protein-boosted Milk, Starbucks Protein Lattes will deliver approximately 23 to 35 grams of protein per Grande beverage while maintaining the rich, bold flavor and smooth texture customers know and love. 

^Protein cold foam adds about 15 grams of protein per grande to any cold beverage. 

Raspberry Pearls return: flavor and fun for every celebration

Winter is also enjoyed with one of our customers’ favorite offerings: Raspberry Pearls. Bursting with color, freshness, and fun, these beverages combine raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry flavors with vibrant layers of color and flavor in options such as Iced Matcha with Raspberry Pearls, the Strawberry Crème Frappuccino® with Raspberry Pearls blended beverage, Berry Pearls Refresher, Berry Pearls Lemonade Refresher, and Skies Pearls Drink, which fill the season with color and flavor to accompany every celebration and unexpected gathering.

Coffees that accompany every winter ritual

From southern Colombia, where the Andes Mountains meet the Pacific Ocean, Starbucks® Single-Origin Colombia Nariño returns. Grown in the volcanic terrain of the mountainous region that gives this coffee its name, it delivers a sophisticated flavor highlighted by notes of hazelnut and dusted cocoa in every cup. The combination of fertile volcanic soil and a microclimate shaped by alternating sunshine and rainfall creates a balanced profile that makes it the perfect companion for customers looking to discover new coffee nuances.

Additionally, inspired by the rich coffee heritage of Africa’s Great Rift Valley, Starbucks® Kati Kati Blend™ combines washed Kenyan coffees with Ethiopian beans to create a vibrant and bright blend. Each cup reveals notes of grapefruit, red berries, and delicate honeysuckle florals, offering a complex and aromatic experience ideal for those looking to discover new flavors throughout winter.

A collection designed to celebrate every day with pride

The season also arrives with the launch of a new collection of mugs and glasses inspired by some of the year’s most meaningful moments. Among the products designed for the season’s most important days is a collection inspired by Pride Month, created to recognize and celebrate diversity and inclusion.
