Starbucks Arrives in Lima’s Gamarra Commercial Hub
The new coffeehouse at GAMA Moda Plaza offers a welcoming space allowing customers to pause, recharge and connect throughout their day.
Starbucks, operated in Peru by Delosi, today announced the opening of a new coffeehouse in the Gamarra area of Lima’s La Victoria district. Located in the GAMA Moda Plaza at the intersection of Agustín Gamarra and Jirón Italia streets, the new coffeehouse is situated in the heart of Peru’s largest commercial hub.
With this new location, Starbucks continues to expand its presence in the market, bringing the Starbucks Experience to areas that are central to the city’s economic activity and daily life.
“We are excited to arrive in Gamarra, a place that represents the hard work and entrepreneurial spirit that distinguish Peruvian workers. This new coffeehouse allows us to continue sharing the Starbucks Experience with more people and to keep creating gathering spaces in important areas of the city,” said Cristel Delgado, brand manager for Starbucks Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia.
The store features a small-format design, intended to blend seamlessly into bustling environments like Gamarra, bringing the Third Place to customers in a more agile and accessible way. It is also designed to offer comfort and connectivity, allowing customers passing through the area to incorporate the brand into their daily routine.

Finally, the store incorporates sustainable design practices focused on energy efficiency and water conservation, as well as the use of responsible materials, which supports Starbucks goal of reducing its environmental impact.
Since Starbucks entered the Peru market in 2003 with its first store in Lima, it has continued to grow alongside its strategic partner Delosi, becoming part of customers daily routines. With this opening, Starbucks remains committed to strengthening its connection with customers and communities across Peru, offering high-quality Arabica coffee and a welcoming Starbucks Experience in relevant locations throughout the market, as it continues to expand its presence in Peru through 2026.
The Starbucks Gama Moda coffeehouse will be open daily from 08:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.
