Starbucks Launches its Starbucks® Rewards Loyalty Program in Guatemala
Guatemala City - Starbucks, operated by Premium Restaurants of America in Guatemala, today announced the launch of Starbucks® Rewards, available starting October 25, 2024. This innovative loyalty program will allow Guatemalan customers to earn stars for every eligible purchase at any Starbucks store in the market. These stars can be redeemed for free products, such as beverages, food, and merchandise.
Additionally, users will have the option to place mobile orders in advance and customize their drinks through the Starbucks® Guatemala app, available in the iOS and Android app stores. This international feature is already available in various markets and now allows users in Guatemala to enjoy the same seamless and personalized experience as Starbucks customers worldwide.

The loyalty program is divided into two levels: Green and Gold. All members start at the Green level, where they can earn stars and receive rewards such as a free birthday beverage. Upon reaching 1,600 stars, members move up to the Gold level, unlocking additional benefits like free personalized beverages and exclusive access to special promotions.
How to Join Starbucks® Rewards
Customers simply need to download the Starbucks® Guatemala app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Through the app, they can register and start earning stars from their first purchase.
