Starbucks South Cone Hosts Third Annual Ads for Good Campaign in Support of Inclusion & Diversity
- Ads For Good is a traveling exhibition of creative pieces made by local agencies from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
- The pieces – to be displayed in person and virtually starting June 28 – invite community members to reflect on a range of inclusion and diversity topics.
Southern Cone, – Starbucks South Cone – managed by licensed retail operator Alsea in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay – is proud to announce the return of its Ads for Good campaign with special exhibitions held at Starbucks stores including Shopping Alto Palermo in Buenos Aires, Starbucks Reserve in Santiago, and Shopping Punta Carretas in Montevideo starting on June 28, 2023.
As part of the Ads for Good campaign, now in its third year, Starbucks South Cone will display 15 creative pieces made by local agencies Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. The selected artists were tasked with reflecting on inclusion & diversity topics, addressing them as a relevant social challenge for the community and promoting a culture of respect and non-discrimination. The initiative was carried out within the framework of Pride Month and to reinforce Starbucks South Cone’s inclusion and diversity policy, first launched in 2021.

Starbucks South Cone strives to create a warm and welcoming environment and operate stores free of discrimination of partners, customers and communities. The recognition of all communities reinforces the objective of Starbucks Cone South to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace for Starbucks South Cone partners (employees) as a long-term ally and advocate for the LGBTQI+ community.
"We made an open call to local agencies, inviting them to reflect on these important issues for our community. We are very proud to summon these creatives and see the result of 15 inclusion-inspired pieces and more than 30 artworks displayed in a virtual museum at the Southern Cone level, which will be exhibited in all three markets simultaneously,” said Soledad Fantuzzi, manager of Starbucks South Cone marketing.
The virtual Ads for Good exhibition includes more than 10 agencies, which contributed a variety of pieces in a unique online experience. In addition, the virtual exhibition features unique works of Starbucks South Cone green apron partners. Starbucks South Cone partners were invited to express their views on inclusion & diversity and show their daily life freely through photographs and phrases.
“We want to thank the tremendous design talent who contributed to this exhibition for their willingness to share and be the protagonists of our third Ads For Good campaign. Without a doubt, with your contribution and deep sense of community, we will be helping to create even more awareness of the relevance of inclusion and diversity for our society,” concluded Fantuzzi.
