Starbucks Chile and Uber Eats Join Forces to Bring More Benefits to Customers

Santiago, Chile – Starbucks Chile, operated by licensed retail operator Alsea, today announced Starbucks Rewards members across the market can earn Stars on orders placed through Uber Eats, which can be redeemed directly in Starbucks Stores for free beverages.

“We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Uber Eats to provide our customers with more ways to earn Stars. Our customers are digitally engaged, and this new Starbucks Rewards benefit enables customer convenience, building added value into their Starbucks Experience,” shared Soledad Fantuzzi, marketing manager of Starbucks South Cone.

Starbucks, together with Alsea and Uber Eats, introduces the new Starbucks Rewards benefit as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary of retail presence in Chile. Since entering the market in 2003, Starbucks has continued to focus on creating meaningful customer experiences, both physically and digitally.

Uber Eats will also offer members of its Uber One program new promotions and special surprises, allowing members to enjoy their favorite Starbucks drink anytime, anywhere.

“We are proud to be the first delivery platform to offer Starbucks customers in Chile a convenient way to enjoy their favorite beverages and food items while earning Stars for Starbucks Rewards,” said Veronica Jadue, communications manager of Uber Chile.
