Global Community Impact Grants
The Starbucks Foundation drives locally relevant impact in communities where Starbucks operates around the world.
The Starbucks Foundation has nearly 30 years of investing in communities across the U.S. and around the world. Through Global Community Impact Grants, the Foundation supports locally relevant impact in the communities where Starbucks operates around the world.

To advance this initiative, The Starbucks Foundation invites Starbucks licensees operating Starbucks coffeehouses in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Latin America & the Caribbean to nominate local nonprofit organizations for grants. These grants support programs that create meaningful local and regional impact. In addition to grant funding, Starbucks international licensees and business partners join The Starbucks Foundation in investing in local nonprofits by contributing financial co-investment, in-kind donations and engaging volunteers to maximize community impact.
More than 400 grants awarded to local nonprofit organizations in communities where Starbucks operates, representing over $15 million invested across 62 markets.
To date, the Global Community Impact Grants program has engaged 62 markets, representing more than 70% of Starbucks markets worldwide.
In 2026, The Starbucks Foundation awarded more than $1 million in grants to 55+ nonprofit organizations across 45 markets. All awarded grants advance local community impact in areas where Starbucks operates, supporting hunger relief, youth opportunity, economic opportunity, and social services.
Together with co-investment from licensees and business partners, these grants generated more than $2 million in community impact, furthering our commitment to strengthening communities where Starbucks operates.
