Starbucks Celebrates 10 Years of Coffee and Connection in Panama
Starbucks – operated by Caribbean Coffee Traders – is proud to celebrate its 10th anniversary in Panama, marking a decade of shared moments, meaningful connections, and a deep-rooted passion for coffee. Since opening its first store at Street Mall in 2015, Starbucks has grown to become a beloved destination for customers and a committed partner in local communities.
Over the past ten years, Starbucks Panama has expanded to over 19 coffeehouses nationwide, with more than 130 partners (employees) proudly wearing the green apron. Starbucks also partners with local suppliers and artisans to offer high-quality, responsibly sourced Arabica coffee and locally inspired experiences.

“We are incredibly grateful to our partners, customers, and communities who have supported us on this journey,” said Sofia Moreno, General Manager of Starbucks Panama. “Our success over the past decade is a testament to the power of human connection and the shared love for coffee that transcends cultures and generations.”
To celebrate this significant milestone of ten years, Starbucks will be launching a variety of exclusive promotions available to customers when they visit Panama coffeehouses.
On August 6, customers can enjoy a 2-for-1 deal on Frappuccino® Blended Beverages, purchase a Panama mug at a special price of $10, and enjoy live music at the Street Mall store starting at 3:00 pm. Additionally, customers can follow Starbucks Panama social media channels to stay informed about the latest offers and exciting surprises planned throughout this special anniversary period.
In line with its global mission to be the premier purveyor of the finest coffee in the world, inspiring and nurturing the human spirit — one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time, Starbucks remains committed to sustainability, inclusion, and social impact in Panama.
We invite you to celebrate with us and encourage you to visit our new stores at the Hilton Hotel and, coming soon, at Westland Mall and Costa del Este.
