As a result of this initiative, Starbucks Mexico selected three beverages \u2013 the Tricream Frappuccino\u00ae, Rosa Pitahaya Frappuccino\u00ae, and Ajolito Aca\u00ed Frappuccino\u00ae \u2013 which were created by partners in Reynosa, Tamaulipas; M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; and Mexico City, respectively. The beverage is inspired by the axolotl, a small animal that is known to be representative of Mexico\u2019s iconic Aztec culture. <em>\u201cI wanted to showcase the Mexican axolotl, that many people recognize because of its striking reddish-pink color, also present in this drink. The Frappuccino is the beverage our customers ask for the most, and this achievement represents a lot of pride for me, signifying the special moments I\u00b4ve had with customers and my fellow partners,\u201d <\/em>said Scarlet.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cristian Rosales, who has worked for the brand for nine years, and Daniel Rodr\u00edguez, who has worked as a barista for a year and a half, created the Rosa Pitahaya Frappuccino\u00ae. The beverage is inspired by the warm, bright pink color of the <em>bougainvillea<\/em>, a blossoming ornamental plant that is part of Mexico\u2019s identity and a hue that is also common in Mexican toys and textiles. M\u00e9rida partners Cristian and Daniel agree that <em>\u201cWhat you learn at Starbucks is useful not only for work, but also for life, family and friends.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n<body><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cThe philosophy of serving our customers is very special,\u201d <\/em>shared Daniel. <em>\u201cAt Starbucks, I have realized that those who arrive as customers depart as friends.
