    Quito, Ecuador<\/strong> \u2014Starbucks, operated in Ecuador by Delonorte S.A., today announced the opening of a new coffeehouse at Quito\u2019s Mariscal Sucre International Airport, located in the A13 international pre-boarding area.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    With this new location, the brand now has eight coffeehouses in the Ecuador market and is strengthening its presence at key transportation hubs across Latin America and the Caribbean, helping elevate the passenger travel experience by offering welcoming spaces where travelers can pause, recharge, and continue their journey on a comforting note.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

With the opening of our first coffeehouse at Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito, we want to be there for our customers during one of life\u2019s most meaningful moments: travel. This coffeehouse invites travelers to pause, refuel with great coffee, and carry a sense of ease and focus as they head to what\u2019s next,\u201d <\/em>said Cristel Delgado, Country Manager for Starbucks Ecuador.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    The coffeehouse is designed as a 33 m\u00b2 island kiosk, featuring a modern and functional concept, with details that reflect the essence of the brand, complemented by a cozy terrace that invites customers to enjoy the Starbucks Experience<\/em>. It also incorporates practices aimed at reducing Starbucks environmental impact, optimizing the use of resources such as water and energy, and integrating more sustainable materials into its design and construction.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n\n

    The opening of this coffeehouse will create approximately 26 local jobs, supporting the Ecuadorian economy and bringing new opportunities to partners (employees) who will serve travelers every day.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    Since Starbucks arrived in Ecuador market in 2024 with its first store in Quito, it remains committed to its Ecuadorian customers and offering high-quality Arabica <\/em>coffee beverages handcrafted by passionate baristas.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    The Mariscal Sucre International Airport coffeehouse will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n
