    Starting January 6, 2026, Starbucks will celebrate one of its most iconic origins with the launch of Starbucks\u00ae Single-Origin Mexico, a limited-edition whole bean coffee arriving in select Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) markets. This new offering reinforces more than five decades of commitment to coffee growers in Mexico and pays tribute to the communities that have driven the importance of Mexican coffee for generations.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    With notes of honey and roasted nuts, this blonde roast coffee is best paired with cinnamon, citrus, and chocolate, inviting customers to rediscover flavors that feel familiar and representative of Mexico.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n\n

    The new Starbucks\u00ae Single-Origin Mexico originates from the regions of Chiapas, Oaxaca, Veracruz, and Puebla, territories where coffee has been an essential part of agricultural and cultural identity for centuries. The Sierra Madre range offers the ideal climate and biodiversity to foster coffee production that has inspired some of Starbucks most beloved single-origin coffees since 1971.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    Over the years, Starbucks has collaborated with Mexican coffee producers through various initiatives to support coffee cultivation and strengthen community resilience, driving actions that promote farm renewal, adoption of sustainable practices, and access to tools that improve bean quality.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    Initiatives such as the 100 Million Trees program have enabled plant distribution and strengthened coffee farm renewal in areas affected by climate change. Additionally, the iconic \u201cTodos Sembramos Caf\u00e9\u201d (We all plant coffee) campaign, carried out by the brand in Mexico since 2014, has transformed the lives of more than 20,000 coffee growers through crop renovation, technical training, and sustainable agricultural practices. In 11 years, more than 5.6 million rust-resistant plants have been donated, helping communities dedicated to coffee production preserve their fields and raw materials.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

    The packaging design celebrates the proud and expressive spirit of Mexican coffee through an explosion of color, with iconic Mexican pink taking center stage, and patterns inspired by the market\u2019s rich cultural heritage. Drawing from traditional embroidery, handcrafted ceramics, and the coffee-growing landscapes of the Sierra Madre, the illustration pays tribute to the biodiversity that defines Mexico.
