      Guatemala City<\/strong> – Starbucks, operated by Premium Restaurants of America in Guatemala, today announced the launch of Starbucks\u00ae Rewards, available starting October 25, 2024. This innovative loyalty program will allow Guatemalan customers to earn stars for every eligible purchase at any Starbucks store in the market. These stars can be redeemed for free products, such as beverages, food, and merchandise.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

      Additionally, users will have the option to place mobile orders in advance and customize their drinks through the Starbucks\u00ae Guatemala app, available in the iOS and Android app stores. This international feature is already available in various markets and now allows users in Guatemala to enjoy the same seamless and personalized experience as Starbucks customers worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

      With Starbucks\u00ae Rewards, customers will enjoy personalized benefits such as special promotions, priority access to new products, and exclusive events. This launch is part of Starbucks global strategy to enhance customer experience through digitization, providing faster and more convenient options, no matter where they are.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

      The Starbucks Guatemala app allows users to connect to their Starbucks\u00ae Rewards account and accumulate and redeem stars in their market.
      Green and Gold Levels<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n

      The loyalty program is divided into two levels: Green and Gold. All members start at the Green level, where they can earn stars and receive rewards such as a free birthday beverage. Upon reaching 1,600 stars, members move up to the Gold level, unlocking additional benefits like free personalized beverages and exclusive access to special promotions.<\/p>\n<\/body>\n\n
